First of all, let me reassure you. No, these Potato Chips are not so hot that they will burn in your mouth. They have just a reasonable amount of spicy sauce that you can also adjust to YOUR taste when making the recipe!
WHAT ARE POTATO CHIPS?
Potato Chips, also called French fries in American, are simply potatoes. Cut in pieces. With a few spices. And baked/ fried for a few minutes. I mean, can it even get easier than this?

-And most importantly, potatoes are rich in vitamin C, B6, copper, manganese and dietary fiber; and are a very efficient source of energy!
GLUTEN-FREE SPICY POTATO CHIPS
Potato chips/ french fries are normally naturally gluten-free, but if you are gluten allergic or intolerant, you want to be careful when buying pre-made potato chips as they may contain traces of gluten.
By making your Potato Chips yourself at home, you get the peace of mind of knowing exactly what’s in your food and where it was made!

VEGAN DIPS FOR POTATO CHIPS/ FRENCH FRIES
1- Ketchup
2- Hummus
3- Guacamole (2 avocados + some lemon juice + garlic clove mixed in a blender)
These are 3 of my favorite dips to marry with these Spicy Potato Chips. But I have to admit, I often go for ketchup as it is the easiest dip to reach for!
SWEET AND SPICY POTATO CHIPS
A little twist I recommend to make these Potato Chips spicy AND sweet is to add a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of agave or maple syrup to the mixture.

HOW TO COOK SPICY FRENCH FRIES?
Some recipe might tell you to cook your chips at 180.C in the oven. Or maybe 200.C… But I’m telling you to go all in and put your oven on maximum heat (287.C or 549.F).
This is what you HAVE to do to get perfectly baked crispy Spicy Potato Chips that will yet be super soft on the inside. Plus, it will also save you some time as your chips will take ONLY 15 MINUTES to cook!
