This Strawberry Oat Milkshake is a delicious refreshing drink to enjoy in the sun. You can make this summer drink in less than 5 minutes with only 4 ingredients. It is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and a much healthier alternative to traditional milkshakes.

HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY OAT MILKSHAKE?

First of all, you only need the 4 following ingredients to make this dreamy Strawberry Oat Milkshake:

  • fresh strawberries
  • chilled oat milk
  • coconut whip
  • ice cubes.

In addition, if you have a sweet tooth, you can add maple syrup for a slightly sweeter milkshake!

Furthermore, you only need 5 minutes of your precious time to bring it all together!

  1. First, blend together the strawberries, ice cubes and coconut whip.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into mason jars.
  3. Pour the oat milk into the strawberry mixture.
  4. Add a dollop of coconut whip. Top with a strawberry, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Mason jars

Ingredients

For the milkshake

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh strawberry
  • 2 cups gluten-free chilled oat milk - or any other plant milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut whip

Optional

  • 2 tsp maple syrup - for a sweeter milkshake

For topping

  • 1/2 cup coconut whip
  • 2 fresh strawberries

Instructions

For the milkshake

  • Pour the fresh strawberries, ice cubes, coconut whip, and maple syrup (optional) into an electric blender. Cover with a lid, then turn on to high speed for 35 seconds.
  • Pour the strawberry mixture into two small mason jars.
  • Add the chilled oat milk by pouring it over the strawberry mixture evenly into the two jars. 

For topping

  • Add a dollop of the remaining coconut whip evenly to each jar.
  • Top with a strawberry. Insert a bio-degradable straw and enjoy.
  • Best served fresh.
