  • In a mixing bowl, mash the berries with a potato masher or a fork.

  • Add the cashew butter, and mix with a fork until the melange is smooth and uniform.
  • Add the oat flour  and stevia sugar, and mix again until the mixture is uniform and comes together. Use your hands to knead the dough until it comes together.

  • Using your hands, cleaned and dried, form about 12 balls by rolling dough in between your hands. Each ball should be about a tablespoon of dough.

  • Optional: roll each ball in desiccated coconut.
  • Store in a closed container or covered plate for up to one week.

*To unfroze frozen mixed berries, place the 200 grams of frozen berries in a strainer and pour hot water on it. Then strain the berries until all water separates.
**Use a blender or food processor to turn oats into oat flour. You can also use store-bought oat flour such as this gluten-free oat flour.
***You can substitute stevia sugar with any other sugar, but keep in mind it will affect the given calories and macros breakdown.
