Giant Chocolate Chips Cookies (3 ingredients)

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking tray
  • Baking paper



  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • Using a fork, mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.

  • Add the oat flour to the bowl and mix with the fork until the melange is uniform and comes together.

  • Using a knife, chop the dark chocolate into big chocolate chips**.
  • Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and mix again.

  • Put baking sheet on a baking tray. Use a tablespoon to divide the dough into 2 big balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Using the spoon, flatten up the cookie balls.

  • Bake for 20 minutes, and enjoy! (Optional: Add extra melted dark chocolate on top.)

*To turn oats into oat flour, simply blend them in a high speed blender or food processor until the oats turn into flour. Or use pre-made oat flour.
**Skip this step if you are using pre-made chocolate chips.
