Raspberry Chocolate Chia Pudding (sugar-free | 5 ingredients)

This Raspberry Chocolate Chia Pudding is such an easy comforting and refreshing breakfast, snack, or dessert. Made with only 5 ingredients including the raspberries, this recipe is sugar-free, vegan, healthy, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free.

  • Mixing bowl

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 20 g cacao powder unsweetened
  • 300 ml almond milk or any other plant milk
  • 30 g chia seeds

  • Peel the ripe bananas, place them in a mixing bowl, and mash them with a fork until smooth.

  • Add the cacao powder and mix well.

  • Add the almond milk and mix well. Add the chia seeds and mix well again with the fork.

  • Place the mixing bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes minimum (or overnight). After 20 minutes, your Chocolate Chia Pudding should be ready, just give it a good stir with a spatula.

  • To serve your Raspberry Chocolate Chia Pudding, first add a few raspberries* at the bottom of each glass/ bowl. Then equally divide the pudding in the 4 glasses/ bowls (or 2 for larger servings!).

  • Add a few raspberries* on top, serve cold, and enjoy!

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.


*I use fresh raspberries. You can use frozen raspberries if that is all you have; but I recommend using fresh as the frozen ones tend to be too sour for a Chocolate Chia Pudding.
